At Tallah-Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your beauty products, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original boxes with all protective seals intact to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
